Today we present the best super nachos recipe with guacamole and mango salad. It is a good way to combine both vegetables, proteins and cereals, in a different way.
We want to highlight two “super foods” that we include in the recipe: avocado and mango.
Avocado has important nutritional properties. It is a fruit full of vitamin E and high in omega 3, important for the cardiovascular system. In addition, it has magnesium and potassium, important for the nervous and muscular system. An ideal fruit for your diet.
The mango is a very antioxidant fruit, which helps to increase defences and prevent many diseases. It has high vitamin A content that helps vision, and potassium helps control blood pressure. In addition, combined with green vegetables, provide a great detoxifying and purifying power.
Ingredients for 4/6 people:
- 200 g of minced meat
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- Fresh cilantro
- Hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 bags of nachos
- 1 bag of grated mozzarella cheese
- 100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
- 100 g sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado
- Lemon or lime
- 1 mango
- 5-6 tomatoes cherries
- Canons and Arugula
- Olive oil
Super Nachos recipe: preparation
First of all we prepare the minced meat with the tomato sauce. In a frying pan, sauté two cloves of garlic and onion, until the onion is well cooked. Then we cut some 5 red tomatoes and we put them in the frying pan to make the tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat. When we have the prepared sauce, we incorporate the minced meat, some spicy sauce and fresh cilantro. Once the meat is made, we thoroughly remove all the ingredients and proceed to prepare the nachos.
Then we cut an onion, green pepper and a small red pepper to help us complement the nachos.
On a baking tray we prepare the different layers: nachos, minced meat in sauce, a handful of onion and chopped pepper, coriander and mozzarella cheese and cheddar. And we repeat it until we finish the two bags of nachos. Then we put it in the oven for 15 minutes to grate the cheese and mix the flavours.
At least we prepare the guacamole sauce. In a mincer we add the avocado cut into pieces, a splash of lemon or lime, salt, pepper and coriander. Then we mix it.
Finally we prepared the salad. We mixed arugula and canons, a mango cut into small pieces and tomatoes cherries cut in half. Garnish with virgin olive oil and a little lemon juice.
